Founder and designated broker. I worked the builder side for years, where everyone in the room got paid when the deal closed. I built Bey & Group to work differently.
How it's built
We don't take listings.
We don't represent anyone in a sale and we never charge a homeowner. We run your numbers, and when you want an agent we introduce you to one licensed at least fifteen years.
It isn't built around me. The fifteen-year rule is written down and checked against the state record, not vouched for personally, and I'm not the one who answers first. That's on purpose — a practice that runs through one person stops working the week that person is out.
