What we do with what you tell us.

Who we are

Bey Group Real Estate, Inc. is a California real estate corporation, DRE Corporation License #01234567, designated broker Jumaane Bey, DRE #02076038. We operate under our corporate name; we do not trade under any other business name.

What we collect

What you type into a form. Every form on this site asks for the same core information, and some ask for a little more depending on which page you are on:

• Your name, email address and phone number. All three are required; we cannot reply to a form without them.
• Your city, if the form asks.
• Your situation: whether you are selling, buying, behind on payments or an agent; your timing; how long you have been licensed, on the agents page only.
• Anything you write in the notes field.
• Whether you ticked the consent box, which we store so we can show that you agreed to be contacted.

What your browser sends. When you submit a form we also record which page you submitted from, the referring URL, and your browser's user-agent string. We use your IP address at the moment of submission to rate-limit abuse; it is held briefly in memory and is not written to our database.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, date of birth, bank or card details, or credit report. Nothing on this site charges you, so there is no payment information to take. If a form ever seems to ask for any of that, it is not ours.

Why we use it

To reply to you, and for nothing else. Specifically: to contact you about the request you submitted, to introduce you to a cooperating broker if that is what you asked for, and to keep our own record of who we spoke to and what happened. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it for anything of value.

Who it goes to

Cooperating brokers. This is the one that matters. If you ask to be introduced to an agent, we pass your name, contact details and what you told us about your situation to the broker or agent we introduce you to, so they can pick up the conversation. That is the point of the introduction, but it is still your information leaving us, and you should know it happens before you send the form. If you would rather we did not, say so in the notes and we will not.

Service providers who run this site for us. They process your information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Vercel hosts the site and runs the form handler.
• Supabase stores submissions in our leads database.
• Resend delivers the email that tells us a lead has arrived.
• ntfy.sh delivers a push notification to our phone when a lead arrives, so that urgent ones are seen quickly. The notification includes your name and email address.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Loading a page here sends your IP address to Google, as it does on any site using their font service.

Altitude Home Loans. We do not send your information to Altitude. Our founder is separately licensed as a mortgage loan originator with them (NMLS #2033637), and the Home loans link on this site takes you to his page there. If you choose to fill in something on Altitude's site, that is between you and Altitude under their privacy policy, and Bey Group Real Estate, Inc. receives nothing.

When the law requires it. We will disclose information if we are legally required to, or where we need to in order to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We intend to run Google Analytics 4 and the Meta advertising pixel on this site so we can tell which pages and which ads bring people in. Neither is active yet. The loader returns without doing anything until real measurement IDs are set.

When they are active, they set cookies and similar identifiers, and Meta in particular may be able to recognise your browser across other websites over time and combine what it sees here with what it sees elsewhere. We do not control what those companies do with that data. You can limit it with your browser's privacy settings, an ad blocker, or the controls in your Google and Meta accounts.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

This site honours Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, our analytics loader does not run and no analytics or advertising identifiers are set. We treat a GPC signal as an instruction not to share your information for advertising.

There is no single agreed standard for older Do Not Track headers, so we do not respond to DNT separately. GPC is the signal we act on.

Calls, texts and email

Every form requires you to tick a box agreeing to be contacted by phone, text and email about your request. We do not contact anyone who has not ticked it. Text messages come with standard rates from your carrier, and replying STOP ends them. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing us, and we will.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for [RETENTION PERIOD], after which we delete them. We may keep a minimal record of a referral for longer where we need it for our own compliance or record-keeping obligations as a licensed brokerage.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

Email support@beygrouprealestate.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it, and we will do it within thirty days. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before we act, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is for adults buying, selling or working in California real estate. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top and post the new version at this address. Where a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold, we will say so prominently on this page for at least thirty days. This policy lives at one address so you can always check the current version: beygrouprealestate.com/privacy.
