You never pay us anythingNo fee at the call, no fee at closing, no fee if you decide to do nothing. There is no version of this where you're invoiced.

If we introduce you to an agent and a deal closes, their brokerage pays usA percentage of the commission they earned, through escrow, under an agreement signed before you're introduced. It doesn't raise your commission or your closing costs.

Which means We only make money if you sellThat's a conflict and it points one direction. Keep it in mind when we tell you to sell, and when we tell you to wait.

We take nothing from lenders, title, or escrowNo fee, no gift, no arrangement. Use whoever you want. If someone tells you that you have to use their lender, you don't.
We are not your agent. We don't represent you in a purchase or sale, don't negotiate for you, and don't handle your money or documents. The agent we introduce you to does all of that, and they answer to you.
