For agents

Members arrive enrolled. You do the real estate work.

MemberKey introduces credit union members who are ready to buy or sell. You represent them under your own brokerage agreement, and you do the work you already do.

Why it matters

Three things to know.

01

An enrolled member, introduced first

We match members with licensed, insured agents working in their area and price range. The member meets you first. If it is not a fit, we introduce someone else.

02

Your agreement, your compensation

The member signs with you and your brokerage. Compensation is between you and the member, and MemberKey is not a party to your agreement. The member benefit is funded by a referral arrangement between brokerages: it exists only when the member enrolled before working with you and the transaction closes. Terms are shown to you before you take a member.

You never recommend a lender

Network agents are contractually barred from recommending a lender, and the member benefit is identical whoever they finance with. We also never direct a negotiation.

We set up every account by hand, so you will hear from a person, usually within one business day.
